Food hygiene refresher/update course

A 31/2  hour REHIS course designed to refresh knowledge on general principles and legislation. This course would be suitable for food handlers already in possession of an Elementary food hygiene certificate which is over three years old.

Assessment is 40 short answer questions with a  60% pass mark.
